Introduction

Welcome to 3patii. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3patii ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the services provided at 3patii.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

3patii is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani players, offering cricket betting markets, live dealer casino games, jackpot slots, fishing games and other gaming products, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By accessing or using any part of the 3patii platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 3patii platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 3patii is strictly an adult gaming platform and does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You do not currently hold another active account on the 3patii platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party in connection with any wager or gaming activity.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, undue influence or impaired judgment at the time of any gaming or financial transaction.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned or suspended from 3patii or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant or contractor of 3patii or any of its affiliated companies, or a close relative of any such person.

3patii reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 3patii services you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

You agree to the following account obligations:

• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one account on 3patii. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful and up to date. You must notify 3patii of any changes to your registered details promptly.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time codes with any other person.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 3patii immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 3patii will not be liable for losses arising from failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift or otherwise transfer your account or any associated balance to another person.

3patii reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3patii are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3patii supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at 3patii's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 3patii does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods registered in another person's name are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes following successful KYC verification. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
• 3patii reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or further due diligence checks where required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

3patii offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated clearly at the time each offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all promotional activity on 3patii:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are displayed within the specific bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain in the promotional balance at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• 3patii reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by a user, and to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable prior notice.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

Specific terms for each active promotion are available within the Promotions section of your 3patii account. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 3patii platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live dealer casino games, jackpot slots, and speciality games such as Bombing Fishing and Captain's Bounty.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 3patii does not permit the cancellation of a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during an active game or live betting event, 3patii's records of all transactions shall be the definitive record. Any incomplete round of a slot or casino game at the time of disconnection will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's rules.
• 3patii reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably determines to have been placed on the basis of corrupted odds, erroneous game data, or a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Cricket betting odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For live in-play betting markets, 3patii may suspend or close markets at any time at its discretion, including during active play.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each game or market are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and are subject to change.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3patii platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any such exploit discovered must be reported to 3patii support immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards 3patii staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its obligations under international anti-money-laundering standards and responsible gaming best practices, 3patii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documentation at any stage of your use of the platform:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence confirming your registered residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In cases where transaction volumes exceed defined thresholds, 3patii may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited to the platform.

Withdrawals above specified amounts will not be processed until KYC verification has been successfully completed. 3patii aims to complete KYC reviews within two business days of receiving all required documentation. Users will be notified of the outcome by email or in-platform message.

Responsible Gaming

3patii is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible directly from the account settings menu at any time and without waiting periods.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and hard time limits to manage the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per defined period, after which further gaming is restricted until the limit resets.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, or request permanent account closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately with no cooling-off period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3patii platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, audio, video and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of 3patii or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 3patii.
• Use any 3patii trade marks, logos or branding in any manner that may cause confusion or imply affiliation with 3patii without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform by any automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patii, its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform, even if 3patii has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any service offered through it, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional content.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data arising from circumstances beyond 3patii's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3patii's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

3patii collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 3patii does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and as required by applicable law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the support team, subject to legal and regulatory obligations that may require retention.

Changes to Terms

3patii reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 3patii will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting the support team.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. 3patii accepts no liability arising from a user's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.
